About the Artist
Charlie Ro is an Ottawa area songwriter/painter. Admittedly a Warhol baby, his style is a cross between expressionism and posterization. His work parallels that of the pop art sensibilities of Liechtenstein, as well as the theories and techniques of Chuck Close. He has been painting for about four years now and has been featured in bars and bistros in the market area of Ottawa.
