Robert Gordon McHarg III., a Canadian artist and underground gallerist, living and working in London, England, will be at Parkdale Gallery painting a ton of rocks, for the CHUO FM fundraiser.

His gallery, The SUBWAY GALLERY is home to underground art. Situated in a pedestrian subway, the space is a 1960's kiosk with glass walls . The neglected kiosk, has been transformed into a magical art box and a unique showcase for urban art

CHUO 89.1 FM provides a wide range of specialty programming to listeners in the National Capital region as well as an open door to the wonders of volunteering at the station.

Renowned underground artist/curator/gallerist, Robert Gordon McHarg III, is coming to Ottawa from England to present CHUO ROCKS, another edition in the Rock Show series! The little rocks with big personalities first appeared at Japan's Fuji Rock Festival in 2006, then at Subway Gallery's Rock Show (2006/07) and most recently at Rock Him at London's Trolley Gallery (2008)!
Once painted, these rockin’ pieces of art will be making an appearance at CHUO’s Funding Drive kick-off party at Zaphod Beeblebrox on Friday, March 28th
