About the Artist
Sandee Ewasiuk graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto. She enjoys combining fantasy and reality, especially when a piece of work makes someone smile. She still does some freelance illustration periodically. Her art background also includes teaching children, profiling local artists for the Hamilton Spectator, and she is also one of the founders of the Southwest Hamilton Artist’s Studio Tour which is approaching it’s eight year.
Sandee has been exhibiting and selling her work for about 15 years now. Her paintings have been in numerous group and solo shows and exist in corporate and private collections in Canada, United States, Europe and Australia.
